Tree Stump Removal

I hired a couple guys to help me remove some of the more unsightly stumps; the trees were already cut down a few times and began to grow back. Looking to spread out some good top soil, then complete the chicken coop/rabbit condo run along the back fence. Trying to get this done before the rain comes in. Looking for help with construction and development of such and have most of the wood, first main coop, some other hutches. Just need to hook it all together.
